Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to online registrations and payments for Swami Vivekanand Run made through this website via Razorpay. Merchant: Vision Sports Reconnect Private Limited (GSTIN 27AAECV8977E1ZR).
1. No refunds
All registrations are non-refundable. Once payment is successful, the amount paid will not be refunded for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, missed reporting time, no-show, illness, weather, change of venue, or cancellation by you.
You are purchasing a race registration and related inclusions. Inventory is limited. Special fares cannot be converted into a cash refund.
2. Cancellation by you
You may write to info@sportsreconnect.com if you cannot attend. Cancellation by you does not create a right to a refund.
3. Change of experience, distance or participant
- Change of race distance (10K / 5K / 2.5K) may be allowed before the event, subject to availability. Write to us. No amount is refunded if you move to a lower category.
- Name transfers to another person are at our discretion and must be requested in writing. Transfers do not attract a refund.
4. Changes by us
If weather or safety conditions force a change of reporting point, route or schedule, that is not treated as a cancellation and does not attract a refund. We will communicate alternatives as early as we can. If the Event as a whole cannot be held, any relief (if at all) is solely at the Organiser’s discretion or as required by applicable law.
5. Failed, duplicate or incomplete payments
Failed payments are not charged. If money is debited but registration is not confirmed, or the same person is charged twice by mistake, write to us with the payment ID. Those cases are payment errors, not ticket refunds, and will be reversed after verification.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us first so we can resolve the issue. Unjustified chargebacks may lead to cancellation of the registration without a replacement ticket.
