These Terms govern your use of this website and your registration for Swami Vivekanand Run (“the Event”), organised by Vision Sports Reconnect Private Limited (“Organiser”). By completing payment you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
1. Organiser

2. The Event
The Event is the 14th Swami Vivekanand Run, organised by Bharat Vikas Parishad, Powai-Chandivali, on Sunday, 4 October 2026 at Hiranandani Gardens, Powai (Downtown, Powai), with flag off at 5:30 AM. Distances offered are 10K Timed, 5K Timed and 2.5K Untimed Fun Run. Timings, route and inclusions may be adjusted for safety, weather, permissions or operational reasons.
3. Registration and payment
- A registration is confirmed only after successful Razorpay payment.
- You must provide accurate details. T-shirt size, blood group and emergency contact are used for event delivery and safety.
- Early bird prices apply only while advertised inventory lasts. The Organiser may close a category when full.
- Prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Registrations are non-refundable, as set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Eligibility and fitness
- You confirm you are medically fit to run the chosen distance.
- A parent or guardian must register anyone under 18 and remains responsible for them on race day.
- The Organiser may refuse a start for safety, intoxication, or failure to report on time.
- Personal travel to the reporting venue, and parking, are your responsibility as described on the event page.
5. Conduct and safety
You must follow instructions of organisers, race officials and authorities.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by Indian law, the Organiser, partners and officials are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from circumstances beyond reasonable control (including weather, government order, or third-party failure). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by proven negligence where such exclusion is not allowed by law. You are advised to have personal medical or travel cover.
7. Photography
The Organiser may photograph or film the Event and use images for event reporting and promotion. If you do not wish to be featured, write to us before race day; we will take reasonable steps, which cannot be guaranteed in crowd photography.
8. Website
Content is provided for registration and information. Event details on this site override older social posts if they differ. We may update the site without notice.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
